NOTES: PT Shamrock is a legitimate company, but they
are mostly a reaseller of other people's products and
services at a considerable mark up. Then again, you
may not be able to find it on your own!

In the meantime, if you are only beginning your
financial privacy quest, may we recomend that you use
our own Offshorearnings.com system as an alternative
transaction system.

We feature worldwide cash deposits into the system,
easy withdrawals by check or ACH in those same
countries, plus a tie in to all of the major
e-currencies!

And coming soon will be our brand new MULTICART
shopping cart system, so that merchants can receive
dozens of forms of payment without fuss and have the
transactions processed offshore in our system!

And, for your savings, we will soon have some
attractive options, including investing in mortgages
worldwide.

And we also strongly recommend that any of your
excess money be stored in the Pecunix gold backed
currency, whose servers, offices, and gold are all
safely offshore and private!

We need to start using FREEDOM enhancing systems to
build our freedom, and stop giving power to those who
seek to brand us like cattle, confiscate our funds at
will, and basicaly think they can do as they damn
well please with us and our assets.

JUST SAY NO!

Read this explosive report below, and start
transacting your business ELSEWHERE and in other
currencies!

Advisory - The banking saga sadly continues!

Dear Subscribers:
We have been deluged with e-mails regarding our June
16th advisory. We've tried to answer each and every
e-mail as best possible. However in the event you
have not received a reply, please bear with us.
We'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you for your
understanding.

Further to our June 16th Advisory, "Offshore banking
takes a turn
for the worse!" the banking saga sadly continues.

Much like Amerika's terrorist watch list, your
banking name and
details are being watched just as carefully as well.
Not just in
the USA, but worldwide!

If you have a common name like Smith, Jones, Nelson,
Patel, Singh, Mendez, Lopez, Lee, etc. watch out. Not
only is the money in your
bank account at risk, but money being sent to you may
very well be frozen and lost forever!

Basically today's banking reality is what the
Terrocracts have
accomplished intentionally. "You're guilty until and
unless you
prove yourself innocent."

After our June 16th banking advisory went out, a long
time associate emailed us the following;

He instructed that a bank wire be sent to a private
individual who has a very common surname. The
beneficiary has a bank account with a major Swiss
bank in his own name where the funds were to be wired
to. The sending bank was in Latvia.

Surprise, surprise, the "outgoing" wire was frozen.
Why? Because
the beneficiaries common *surname* was on the OFCA
list for
terrorist and drug dealers. A search of the OFCA list
showed
thousands of persons with same surname on the list.
Worldwide there must be millions of persons with the
same surnames. Crazy isn't it?

In order to secure the release of the outgoing wire,
a notarized
passport copy from the "beneficiary" along with their
verifiable
address was required. All was supplied nearly two
weeks ago with a few expletives deleted. As of this
writing the funds just
arrived, albeit at the price of the total loss of
privacy, and
with considerable consternation for the beneficiary.

How much money was involved with the above wire you
ask? One
million dollars? No. Five hundred thousand dollars?
No again. A
hundred thousand US dollars? No yet again. Fifty
Thousand? No.
Okay then US$25,000? Once again an emphatic NO.

A mere US$1,500 was the amount involved in the above
debacle. One
Thousand Five Hundred USD, get it? This is a travesty
of justice
and the public just takes it on the chin without
saying a thing,
mainly because they're so dumbed down and brainwashed
that they
believe it's for their own good. Simply amazing isn't
it?

The culprit in this real life horror show? A USD wire
transfer and, a common "sic", surname!

We recommend in the strongest possible terms to avoid
like the
plague the sending and receiving of USD by wire
transfer. If and
only if you really have to send/receive USD, use a
corespondent bank like the one we do that is in
mainland China! [See alternative Nrb. 2 below.] This
way any USD wires sent or received OUTSIDE Amerika DO
NOT pass through the US banking system. Instead the
USD are routed via China, which is very kosher
indeed.

The saving salvation for all this banking craziness,
and it is
crazy, is that the paper being created by these newly
(US) created (under threat) compliance requirements,
will eventually cause the system to crash. How long
might that be? Your guess is as good as ours.
Remember it only took around 70 years for the former
Soviet Union to collapse. We predict that Amerika's
banking system will topple in much less
time due to the paper requirements being shoved down
the throats of banks worldwide and their complacent
customers.

The paper chase, as we call it, has been going on for
about 15 years now in the US. After 9/11 Bush took it
to a much higher level and
the result is the paper and compliance requirements
are reaching
astounding and soon to be untenable levels.

You might not agree with us on the above, but many of
you called the $60 per barrel oil prediction (when it
was only $40 per barrel,)
made in our newsletter earlier this year, crazy.
However as we
politely remind you, oil just passed $59.50 per
barrel the other day and is heading higher. If one
thinks about these matters carefully, today's oil has
yet to reach the 1980's (adjusted to inflation)
US$90 per barrel high! That means oil could easily
rise another
50% to match the 1980's highs. Ditto for gold, silver
and most
other commodities. If that were to happen, all hell
will break
loose and it could signal a financial and economic
meltdown of
Titanic proportions!

It doesn't take an Einstein to realize that with the
banks requiring compliance on a messily US$1500 wire
transfer, you can image what
happens when larger amounts are involved. The amount
of paper work that is being generated must be
staggering! It will become impossible
to vet all the compliance reports at some point in
the foreseeable future. Place all of the above, along
with a very weak and still
declining USD, and there are very serious
consequences laying ahead that all should be aware
of.

One really needs to sit back and reflect on today's
Terrocracts, their motivates and laws, i.e. The
Department of Terrifying the Homeland, Patriot Acts I
and II and so forth.

Understand we're all for fighting crime and stopping
terrorism of
ALL sorts, including government terrorism. But this
recent banking debacle is a bit overkill to put it
mildly. Unfortunately we don't see it getting any
better. Those who resist will be crushed, ground up
into a fine powder and blow away. IMO the US is
simply too
powerful for its own good.

The real purpose behind all this banking hoopla and
brouhaha has little to do with fighting terrorism and
crime. It has EVERYTHING to do
with the policing of your money, knowing where it is,
and the taxing thereof by the Terrocracts.

In spite of all of the above, there still remains a
few legal
alternatives in today's banking world. As we did in
our June 16th
advisory, they'll be repeated in a moment. First here
are some
financial and privacy considerations which we believe
merits your
urgent attention:

For those with less than US$50,000 or the equivalent
in other
currencies, placing your funds on one, two or even
three no name ATM cards might be the way for you to
go. If your cards all of a sudden and without notice,
are limited to a US$1,000 per day, per card
withdrawal, having two or three cards could be a life
saver. Its
something worth considering!

Be advised, technically when entering or leaving the
US and some
Western European Union countries with an ATM card in
your pocket or purse, the card is or could be
considered a "bearer instrument."
Having more than US$10,000 or equivalent on your person
(including the card,) subjects you to TCR reporting
requirements,
i.e. a Treasury Currency Report. In France the amount
is only
Euro 6,000 that triggers you legally being required
to report the
money on you.

For those with liquid assets of US$50,000 to
US$250,000 or the
equivalent, we suggest you pay taxes on that money,
then move it
offshore to a respected bank. Be advised in today's
banking climate if you are a Yankee, many banks will
simply refuse to accept you
as a client as they do not wish to be placed under
Amerika's thumb anymore than they already have.

If accepted, they will certainly report your account
and income to the American authorities and will
require that you sign a "waiver" form to that effect.
No joy in that is there?

It's not much better for our European Union friends
either.
The directive on EU taxation of interest income,
which looks likely to come into force on July 1,
2005, is intended to ensure that EU
taxpayers pay tax on interest generated outside their
country of
residence.

One legal loophole around this (so far,) is to have a
company account with a company from Panama, St.
Kitts, the Seychelles, etc. A mail accommodation
address OUTSIDE the EU could be beneficial to your
banking health as well.

Those with assets of a quarter million USD and up
should seriously consider a second nationality and or
a legal residency outside your home country. Now is
the time to start because according to our
excellent inside sources, the US Terrocracts are
starting phase
three of their Terrocractic assault on privacy, i.e.
forcing other nations to start reporting all resident
Americans/foreigners to
their respected home countries. By obtaining legal
residency now, you will more likely than not be
grandfathered in under existing laws that do not
require the reporting of your presence in your new
country of residence, or the acquisition of your new
nationality to your home authorities. That is a very
serious consideration!

A recent trip to Dubai offered some very interesting
and flexible
residency opportunities for PT's. Coupled with deluxe
apartments and condominiums, legal residency in Dubai
is certainly worth a look into. More on Dubai
residency in a future issue.

We have been inundated with requests asking us which
banks are best? Whilst there is not any one answer
that is best for everyone,as
everyone has their own requirements,) we do offer
some interesting options.

For those with the liquid assets, there is an
excellent bank called AIG Private Bank Ltd.
Switzerland. They have three branches in
Switzerland with headquarters in Zurich and branches
in Geneva
and Duebendorf. Although a personal visit is required
with a
US$100,000 minimum opening balance, they have offices
in Hong Kong, Singapore and São Paulo, Brazil, all of
which offers excellent
investment vehicles for their clients. Definitely
recommended!

Contact;
AIG Private Bank AG
P.O. Box 1376
CH-8021 Zurich
Switzerland

In the event you can not take the time and an
extensive trip
overseas, we have an excellent Swiss alternative.
This Swiss bank does NOT require a personal visit and
they only require a US$5,000 (or
equivalent) opening deposit. They offer brokerage
accounts as well as excellent investment services,
all with first rate Internet banking.

The best news of all is that you can open this
prestigious Swiss bank account via the mail in only a
few weeks time with only a notarized passport copy.
No personal visit necessary nor any intrusive
questions or utility bills with this Swiss bank. [See
alternative Nrb. 3 below.]

Another important consideration for some is the
possibility of obtaining a banking passport. All our
banks listed below accept our banking
passports. However be advised, our banking passport
sources have told us in no uncertain terms that
henceforth they are only going to issue one banking
passport per week, period. That means just two
banking passport orders per week will be available,
e.g. one for each of the two countries where the
banking passports are secured. Our banking passport
sources say they are strictly enforcing this new
policy in order to maintain
the integrity of the programs and in order to prevent
the unwanted attention from insecure governments. Do
govern yourselves accordingly.

See http://www.ptshamrock.com/auto/$4999.html for
additional
information on banking passports.

Whilst PT Shamrock does not have the definitive
answers to all of today's banking and privacy
problems, we do have our fingers pretty well on the
pulse of matters and keep our customers and
subscribers updated as best as possible. We try hard
to bring you the latest and best privacy
news and products that we have located from honest
and reliable sources. In today's world, that's no
easy task and is becoming increasingly more
difficult.

Hope the above (and below) helps.

See you with our next PTBuzz issue, July 2005.

PT Shamrock

Alternative 1: A Western European bank account that
can be opened
via the mail, with Internet banking and a personal or
company bank account. Minimum opening deposit
required to open this account is
US$25,000 or the Euro, CHf equivalent. Our cost to
you is Euro
1,000 for the bank account. Add Euro 1,450 for an off
the shelf
bearer share company. This account could be your best
long term
account.

Alternative 2: Asian company bank account. This bank
is located
within the former CIS countries, but is very kosher.
Their USD
correspond bank is in CHINA, not the USA!

Comes with Internet banking, an ATM card with
unlimited daily
withdrawals (from source,) and a bearer share company
for Euro 2450. Opening account deposit is only
USD/Eur 500.

Alternative 3: Swiss bank account. This a particular
goody because it can be opened reasonably fast and
the opening deposit is minimal. Personal accounts
only are available at this time. Includes
brokerage account and Internet banking. Notarized
Passport copy
required. Cost is Euro 1500.

Alternative 4: Lithuanian bank account: Don't
discount this account, because the bank account is
opened locally by the branch of a
prestigious European Union bank. Internet banking,
ATM card and NO, repeat NO notarizations required!!!

Cost for a bearer share company, company account as
above, just Euro 2450.

Alternative 5: St. Kitts company and St. Kitts bank
account. This
could be a real winner, albeit notarized passport
copy and utility bill required. Includes easy to use
Internet banking and an ATM
card with a minimal opening deposit. Your cost, Euro
2995.

Alternative 6: Our USD/Eur 12,000 monthly withdrawal,
no name no ID ATM card. This ATM card is NOT from
Latvia and is hard to find.
See http://www.ptshamrock.com/nonameatm.htm for
details. Cost,
including courier charges is Euro 545.

Alternative 7: This no name ATM card is for the
serious player only. No name appears on the card and
there is a whopping 150,000 USD
monthly withdrawal limit (US$5,000 daily limit.) Best
of all the
card is from a very strong country and the card
NEVER, repeat, NEVER expires. See
http://www.ptshamrock.com/auto/60katm.htm for
details. Cost is US$1,320 and there is a very limited
supply available at
this time. Set up times for the above varies. In
most cases the no name no ID ATM cards are sent to
you by courier within a few working days after we
receive cleared funds. The bank account opening
process varies widely. Expect 4 weeks plus to get an
account opened in today's business world.

Remember there is a nice discount on the above
products to our
customers who, like ourselves, have been hurt by
recent Latvian
banking laws and have had, or will have their bank
accounts and or ATM cards terminated.

PS Please note; there will most likely be a
substantial price
increase for the bank products above, due to these
recent government restrictions on bank accounts and
the extreme scarcity of same.
Take action now to avoid future price hikes.

INTgold does it again!

When Capital X complained about Intgold, we took it
with a grain of salt, because Capital X is themselves
a marginal company at best, and we would never trust
them with our money.

But now, just today on the e-gold list, a long
standing and reputable exchange provider has announced
that INTgold has just screwed them.

Frnakly, if the attitude displayed by their staff is
as described below, that is reason enough for concern.

Anyway, here is the post. My suggestion is that as
soon as money comes into Intgold or your Ingold card,
take it out immediately, don't leave it sit around.

John

Subject: [e-gold-list] INTGOLD ALERT !
Date: 20 Jan 2005 17:39
From: "Incremental Gold"
Save Addresses
Apparently from:
bounce-e-gold-list-510723@talk.e-gold.com
To: "e-gold Discussion"

Our intgold account has been locked yesterday without
any reason or
withour prior alert.

We tried to call Intgold to the phone numbers listed
on their website but
noboby picked-up the phone.
After hours of searching we found Jeff (part of
Intgold management)who
said that Intgold can lock any account for any reason.
He said that he
doesn't have time for me and if we want to have our
Intgold unlock, we
have to send them some documents.
We agree and understand something caused this
"locking" even there is not
reason according with Intgold's terms of use BUT a we
wanted to be emailed
before of locking.

Intgold didn't send us any email until now.Not even
that our Intgold has
been locked.

In their "TERMS" is written :
"IntGold reserves the right to request detailed
information from anyone
opening or using a IntGold account for business or
resale
purposes...Failure to comply with demand within 5
business days could
result in account monitoring and or closing."

BUT they locked our account before I called Jeff !!!

Also, I don't see any reason (which are listed on
their website TOS) for
them to locking our account.

We always comply with the payment systems rules and we
always sent the
money back when these one requested us.

Jeff (from Intgold) told me to send them some
documents by fax but their
fax machine doesn't work. I told him this thing but
with an air of
superiority he said that the fax machine is dedicated
only for faxes and
it works very well.
I tried to send the fax for over 30 times but there is
no tone for
fax..there is only a voice mail.

We sent the documents by email but no answer from
them.

If someone from Intgold read this post, please reply
because we don't want
to take further actions (i don't like this).

I didn't belive until now that all it is written at
http://www.intgoldsucks.com is true BUT now I do it!

Intgold, we want our account unlocked..nothing more.
We don't have a lot
of funds there but they are our money and they are
earned from legal !

Thank you,

Rumors about e-gold

Some idiot has been spreading nasty rumors lately
about egold going out of business.

As far as we can tell, it is nothing but garbage. We
have been with egold for a LONG time and we are
confident this is pure trash.

Here is what has been found out about this jerk:
====================================

Subscribers of the e-gold mailing list, we have an
agent provocateur
amongst us, someone who has decided to spread a nasty
rumour about Egold
to suit his personal agenda:

As you might be aware, someone (and his own crownies)
has passed the last
24 hours to post A LOT OF messages on several
e-currencies message board
but mainly TALKGOLD regarding a rumour about E-gold
closing next month
after supposedly his 8 bank accounts were closed by
the security
department of the Bank Of America.

He and his friends have posted on virtually almost
every forum on
Talkgold. One of the threads (amongst a DOZEN posted
!!) generated as many
as 5 pages within only a few hours and was read 1644
times !

You can have an example by checking those links:
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=23832
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=23853
(which is a poll
called "Is the end of E-gold near ?"
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=23881
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=23834
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=23874
etc.

And that was just on TALKGOLD and within the last 24
hours (or less) !

The man behind the doomsday rumour is "asap1000",
joined 1 year ago and
posted 53 posts so far.

After a little investigation on this shady character,
another member of
TALKGOLD found out that he operates the website:
http://www.pay-mart.com
and is heavily involved in the exchange of E-gold
and... and... PICPAY !!!
And you know as far as i know how PICPAY has became
worthless the last few
months... So do you get my point ? Do you get the
connection between the
rumour he spread about Egold and his PICPAY exchanges
?

If you still don't or you want some more proof, check
this interesting
link:
http://www.pipsexchangers.biz/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=118

As you can see, Mr "ASAP" has been busy lately...

I hope the people at Egold take the appropriate
measures against him and
take him to the cleaner with their lawyers to have
caused a HUGE panic in
this arena.

Life Lessons

Five (5) lessons to make you think about the way
we treat people.

1 - First Important Lesson -
Cleaning Lady.
During my second month of college, our professor
gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and
had breezed through the questions until I read the
last one:

"What is the first name of the woman who cleans
the school?"

Surely this was some kind of joke.
I had seen the cleaning woman several
times.
She was tall, dark-haired and in her 50s, but how
would I know her name?
I handed in my paper, leaving the last
question blank. Just before class ended, one student
asked if the last question would count
toward our quiz grade.

"Absolutely," said the professor.
"In your careers, you will meet many people. All
are significant. They deserve your attention and care,
even if all you do is smile and say "hello".

I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her
name was Dorothy.

~~~~~~~
2. - Second Important Lesson -
Pickup in the rain one night, at 11.30
p.m.,
an older African American woman
was standing on the side of an Alabama highway
trying to endure a lashing rainstorm.
Her car had broken down and she desperately
needed a ride.
Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the
next car.
A young white man stopped to help her, generally
unheard of in those
conflict-filled 1960s.
The man took her to safety, helped her get
assistance and put her into a taxicab.
She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his
address and thanked him.
Seven days went by and a knock came on the
man's door.
To his surprise, a giant console color TV was
delivered to his home.
A special note was attached..
It read: "Thank you so much for assisting me on the
highway the other
night.
The rain drenched not only my clothes, but
also my spirits.
Then you came along.
Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying
husband's bedside just before he passed away.
God bless you for helping me and unselfishly
serving others."
Sincerely, Mrs. Nat King Cole.
3 - Third Important Lesson -
Always remember those who serve.
In the days when an ice cream sundae cost
much less,
a 10 -year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and
sat at a table.
A waitress put a glass of water in front
of him.
"How much is an ice cream sundae?" he
asked.
"Fifty cents," replied the
waitress.
The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and
studied the coins in it.
"Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?"
he inquired.
By now more people were waiting for a table and the
waitress was growing impatient.
"Thirty-five cents," she brusquely
replied.
The little boy again counted his
coins.
"I'll have the plain ice cream," he
said.
The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on
the table and walked away.
The boy finished the ice cream, paid the
cashier and left. When the waitress came back, she
began to cry as she wiped down the table.
There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were
two nickels and five
pennies..
You see, he couldn't have the
sundae,
because he had to have enough left to leave
her a tip.
4 - Fourth Important Lesson. -
The obstacle in Our Path.
In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed
on a roadway.
Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone
would remove the huge
rock.
Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and
courtiers came by and simply walked around it.
Many loudly blamed the King for not keeping the
roads clear,
but none did anything about getting the stone
out of the way.
Then a peasant came along carrying a load of
vegetables.
Upon approaching the boulder,
the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the
stone to the side of the road.
After much pushing and straining, he finally
succeeded.
After the peasant picked up his load of
vegetables,
He noticed a purse lying in the road where the
boulder had been.
The purse contained many gold coins and a note from
the King indicating that the gold was for the person
who removed the boulder from the roadway.
The peasant learned what many of us never
understand!
Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve
our condition.
5 - Fifth Important Lesson -
Giving When it Counts.
Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer
at a hospital,
I got to know a little girl named Liz who was
suffering from a rare &
serious disease.
Her only chance of recovery appeared to be a blood
transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had
miraculously survived the same disease and had
developed the
antibodies needed to combat the
illness.
The doctor explained the situation to her
little brother, and asked the little boy if he would
be willing to give his blood to his sister.
I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking
a deep breath and
saying, "Yes I'll do
it if it will save her."
As the transfusion progressed,
he lay in bed next to his sister and smiled, as we
all did, seeing the
color returning to her cheek.
Then his face grew pale and his smile
faded.
He looked up at the doctor and asked with a
trembling voice,
"Will I start to die right away".
Being young, the little boy had misunderstood
the doctor;
he thought he was going to have to give his sister
all of his blood in
order to save her.
Now you have 2 choices.
1. Delete this email, or
2. Forward it to people you care
about.
I hope that you will choose No. 2 and
remember.
"Work like you don't need the money, love like
you've never been
hurt,
and dance like you do when nobody's
watching."
NOW more than ever - Peace. Pass It
On.....Pay It Forward
Warning About Cache Card
We used to endorse and support a company calling
itself Cache Card.
We not only no longer support them, but urge EVERYONE
to stop using this service immediately.
The reasons are many. Here are just two:
1. Financial Instability: CacheCard recently had
their Visa/Mastercard merchant account cancelled, and
could not find another provider in the US, so they had
to switch to a more expesnive offshore alternative.
When banks freeze merchant accounts, they usually
freeze ALL OF THE MONEY in those accounts for at least
120 days. During this time, these funds are
unavailable, and, in fact, MAY NEVER BE RECOVERED! If
this is the case with CachCard, we suspect that they
are now operating on a fractional reserve basis, which
imperils the money in everyone's account. In other
words, don't bet that they have all of the money
needed to meet withdrawals.
2. Onerous Privacy Invasion: Probably in response to
losses from the Visa and MasterCard fiasco, they have
now instituted outrageous, privacy invasive demands
for account holders. We recommend that YOU NOT COMPLY
with these ridiculous demands, and that you vote with
your feet by boycotting those affiliate program
operators, MLM's etc. who only make commission
payments through CachCard.
If someone wants to invade my privacy, I most
certainly don't want to do business with them or
anyone else associated with them. Make it hurt by
withdrawing your support for companies who do not
provide alternative means of payment.
We most certainly recommend to all of our affiliates
and friends that you STAY AWAY FROM CACHCARD and
anyone out there who makes having a Cachcard account a
prerequisite for being part of their program.
Trojan attempt offered through FREE download
Trojan attempt offered through FREE download
HYIP Lister NOT all it's suppose to be
This weekend not only saw Christmas cheer and
goodwill, it also saw an attempt to infect your
computer by someone offering a free download of a
software product named "HYIP Lister."
The software claimed to be offered for free for a
limited time only. The email claims that once the
software is considered popular they will place a cost
for the software. This is an enticement to download.
According to reports the software offered, is a Trojan
worm waiting patiently for computer users who are not
protected. The software may well work as described but
it is likely also going to be able to send information
from your computer to the hacker at the other end.
Did you receive this?
Here is the description of the software as copied from
the email received on Christmas day;
HYIP Lister is a fully-featured HYIP listing and
reporting tool. It will generate and shows you
statistic of HYIP's. It takes information of many
websites, forums, and then generate statistic after
that it shows it to you and you can easily decide
witch HYIP is better to choose.
This tool is for free NOW. But in future we can take a
little payment for it, if it will be popular.
Click here to download HYIP Lister
The link provided in the email goes to
http://gig5.com/hyiplister/hyiplister.exe. The domain
name is registered to Longcrest Technologies by
someone named Patrick Long. This individual is using
email address [lcrestco@yahoo.com] in the
registration. The mailing information for this domain
has the person living in Mosinee Wisconsin.
The domain has been registered since June 26, 2002 and
is set to expire on the same day in 2005. Possibly
this domain name has been purchased in the past and
changes to the registration never happened. It is also
possible the name of the person in the registration is
false. As well it is always possible a hacker has
control of Longcrest's site.
The email originated from a server using IP Address
[162.42.208.244]. The server is owned by Cybertrails
from Phoenix Arizona. The email address used
originates from the domain name.
Trojan or Adware?
In the case of this software, there is no doubt it
should NOT be downloaded at any cost. It is obvious
because this email came to you as Spam. Actually the
truth is the email came to you from an Admin of a
former program you were in or through a mailing list
that has been sold hundreds perhaps thousands of
times.
Many computer users have multiple programs presently
operating on their computer, designed to scan for
Trojans and assorted Adware. This HYIP Lister software
"can" be considered a working product if downloaded
and working. It depends on your software settings to
determine if an alarm will be sounded.
When your computer warns you of an attempt to infect,
it may well be Adware. Any Spyware, anti-virus,
anti-trojan or firewall software will likely sound the
alarm if an application can or does attempt to connect
your computer to the Internet.
The fact that the email arrived as Spam is normally
enough of a reason to delete. The idea that the
software is related to High Yield as well is MORE than
enough reason to consider the download a Trojan to
more than likely act as a Keylogger.
If you happened to download the application and your
security software did not sound an alarm there may be
some vulnerabilities in your system. The Trojan
attempt has only one purpose and that is financial
gain.
Simply removing the application from your system may
not do the trick. Your computer should be scanned by
an outside source. Numerous anti-virus sites offer a
free scan of your system. As well it is possible your
security software are not up to date.
If this is your computer being discussed here and you
opt not to protect your computer, you are setting
yourself up for future problems. There is only so long
you can get away without securing your computer.
By keeping your computer unprotected, it is like you
are standing in line at a thrill park waiting for your
turn on a popular ride. Eventually it will be your
turn and you will likely enjoy the ride, but on the
Internet once it is your turn, life takes a major
change. Hackers have a way of making people feel
helpless, don't become a victim.
For the hackers this is a game of numbers and the odds
of you becoming a victim increase everyday. New lists
are bought and sold every minute of every hour of
every day. Maybe the amount of Spam you get is
minimal, but the more you sign up to high yield
programs, the more your email is being distributed
around the world.
The Admin of failed programs eventually return. Some
sell your email address multiple times, others protect
their list for future schemes. All in all your address
is rarely used for anything but Spam. For an Admin who
has no scruples he or she will sell a list without
care. The list is then resold again usually as part of
a larger list.
It's a dog eat dog world out there and the mask of the
Internet allows Hackers and Spammers to freely
distribute without much fear of the authorities. The
odds are definitely in their favor and they are
knocking at our doors.
New Offshore products and services
Hello all,
We have just made a major upload to our offshore
products and services. We have been restoring our
Offshore area over the past months, and now have more
products than we have ever offered before, and we
aren't done yet!
With today's uploaded pages, we now have a wide range
of jurisdictions listed to incorporate IBC's, from the
Bahamas, to Belize, to Panama to the Seychelles and
much, much more.
For those wanting to do business in Europe, we offer
Gibraltar IBC's, as well as UK Limited Companies and
UK Nominee Company or Agency. This is tied together
with a Belize IBC to offer you the fullest tax
advantages so that you can be within Europe and
outside at the same time!
And, as previously announced, we have our most popular
product from the past back with a new twist!
We are now doing the Power Packs with a Panama Bearer
Share IBC which is owned by a Costa Rican Private
Trust, and of course this comes complete with a
banking introduction for the IBC! And the best news
is the price is still the same as it was when we last
offered this great and popular product!
Shortly we will be adding offshore bank account
introductions in several jurisdictions, gaming
licenses and software, ship registries, and much, much
more to round out this important area of our website.
After all, it is one thing to make money, it is an
entirely different thing to KEEP IT safe from all the
predators and criminals out there who are getting
hungrier every day!
We will soon be offering an all new, exhaustive course
on success, so these offshore products and services
are a perfect match to go along with your new success!
And, you don't need to wait for the products and
services to be displayed on the web for you to get
them.
We are a bit slow at getting them posted because of
all the payment methods, both online and offline, that
we offer. So if you want it and don't see it yet,
just ASK!
Here is a link to the IBC page:
http://www.destiny-worldwide.net/destiny/second/ibcs.htm
Here is a link to our Offshore information page:
http://www.destiny-worldwide.net/offshore.htm
Enjoy!
Beware the con artist scum and their "verification"
Yesterday, we received the follwing message from the
con artists running Studio Traffic and now "Studio
Pay":
--- admin@studiowalker.com wrote:
---------------------------------
Hello Members
Information regarding StudioPay Account verification
It is important that you remember to get your
StudioPay account verified in order to withdraw your
funds. You need to provide the following information
by fax to: 1-315-633-9990 or 1-260-432-0604
A copy of a void check for the bank listed in your
StudioPay account
A copy of a recent Utility Bill showing your full
address as listed in your StudioPay account
Once these documents have been received we will verify
your account and you will be able to request
withdrawal of your funds by check, direct deposit to
your bank and coming in January your StudioPay Debit
Card.
Once you have verified your checking account, you can
request up to fund your account using electronic check
system too.
For international members (not in US), you do not need
to send us a void check. All you need to do is to fax
us a recent Utility Bill and a copy of your ID as
listed in your StudioPay account. For those who did
not have a fax machine, you can email your copy to
Jeanne@studiopay.com
Please verify your account as soon as possible in
order to prevent a delay in withdrawing your funds.
Good News!
Our own credit card facility at StudioPay is ready.
You can fund your StudioPay account easily using your
credit card.
*************************************
WOW! What a load of steaming CRAP this is!
First of all, almost all HYIP's are con jobs run by
thieves, liars and con artists.
Second, it now appears like the con artists are
attempting to BRANCH OUT into complete credit card and
banking fraud, so thay can take NOT ONLY all the money
and run, BUT YOUR IDENTITY TOO!
If you are stupid enough to go through this ridiculous
"account verification procedcure" you will just have
handed these con artists:
1. The keys to your checking account! They will be
able to completely DRAIN your checking account at
their whim, and run away with the money to Russia or
wherever else before you even realize the money has
left your bank account.
Imagine your excitement when you pull into the gas
station to put gas in your car. You swipe your ATM
card at the pump, knowing that you have several
thousand in the bank, ONLY TO REALIZE YOU HAVE A ZERO
BALANCE!
2. The keys to your credit card account, so that they
can do the same thing to IT that they have just done
to your checking account.
3. You have also given these con artists your SSN and
other sensitive personal verificaiton information.
With this informaiton, they can impersonate you, and
order NEW CREDIT CARDS ON YOUR NAME WITHOUT YOU EVEN
KNOWING IT!
BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, YOU COULD BE $100,000.00 IN DEBIT
WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT -- that is, until the banks
sue you for non payment and you lose your house!
So go ahead, give these animals your "account
verification information," BUT DON'T SAY THAT NO ONE
EVER WARNED YOU ABOUT THIS!
John
Watch out for IntGold
The exchange provider CapitalX has been raising red
flags lately about IntGold.
We do not know if these complaints are for real or
not, as CapitalX is a fairly new exchanger and lacks a
certain amount of credibility at this point as we have
never used them.
However, if any of you have had simillar problems with
IntGold, please share it with the lists so that we can
get to the bottom of it.
The whole sordid story is here:
http://www.capitalex.com/clientadvisory.php
But remember, there are 2 sides to every story.
Fwd: [PT] Very strange developments
Read this message very carefully. For those on our
lists who have read "The Science of Getting Rich" and
have listened to our success lessons at Destiny
Central, and have begun to learn what the universe is
really like,and how our minds can affect that
universe, this will not come as much of a surprise.
Rather, it is a vindication of what Wallace Wattles
wrote so long ago, that the universe is "formed of
formless stuff" and that our minds can "impress
thoughts upon this formless stuff," and that the act
of impression can produce for us what we desire or
want.
It also verfies what Wattles says, that the universe
is filled with abundance. Indeed, abundance is the
NATURAL state of the universe, and lack is an
UNNATURAL state.
At last, hard science is catching up with what Wattles
and others have been saying for a long, long time.
What needs to happen is for us to become a super
conductor. We need to impress our thoughts and
consciousness onto the formless stuff, and the
universe we want can manifest itself for us.
To put it simply, if we don't like the so called
"reality" we appear to be in, we have the power to
change it. If it is just us who wants this change,
the act of impressing these thoughts on the universe
may actually shift us into a universe where our dreams
really can and do come true.
Read this fascinating and uplifting story below, and
then realize that by putting your foot on the true
road to success and abundance and joy, you are
actually half way there already.
Enjoy!
John
This is what happens to real programs run from the USSA
I have said this before, and I will say it again: you
cannot run a successful honest program from the USSA.
The scammers like Osgold have absolutely nothing
happen to them. It would be easy for the FEDGOV to
trace down Reed, extradite him, freeze his accounts,
liquidate his hotels and other holdings, etc., but
they don't do that.
They could care less that you were ripped off by this
scum.
But, they DO go after honest programs and seek to shut
them down, because they can't let the "little people"
escape from their slavery to a JOB.
That is why LOCATION is important for a program as
well as it is for real estate. If an honest program
is stupid enough to operate frm the USSA, the UK, or
some other places, they will eventually bite the dust.
Even offshore you have no guarantee these days, but
you have a better chance.
Here is a report on the FEDGOV attack on Crown, Inc.
We were not involved in this one, but in case any of
you are, here are the FACTS and please pass these
along.
Go to the website indicated in this report for more
details. We are not tracking this one, but thought
this is an important lesson of where NOT to keep or
invest your money.
John
P.S. By the way, the program operator's and his
attorney's faith in the US "justice" system is
touching, but they will soon find out there is none, I
predict. I predict that no matter what the facts of
the case are, the owners are going to jail, and their
and all the investor's assets will be confiscated and
eaten by BB. Let's see if I am right.
Crown Inc Program updated Nov 4th
DON'T GIVE UP THE SHIP! THE BOSS SAYS:
BER, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ENGAGING ONE OF THE
LARGEST ATTORNEY FIRMS IN THE US AND I FEEL GOOD ABOUT
WHAT EVIDENCE WE WILL SHOW. THEY ONLY HAVE THE
PLAINTIFF SIDE; NOTHING OF OUR SIDE YET. MY ATTORNEY
FEELS GOOD. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR PRAYERS FOR MY FAMILY.
RANDY ( Crown Inc boss).
So; read the below with a grain of salt. God is on
Randy's side in this atrocity, he has too many
humanitarian projects depending upon him to let SEC
get away with stripping everything away. What we need
is YOUR prayers; LOTS of them. Pray as we do ,
everyday, that justice is served in this case. Ber
Oct 21,2004
As of this day until further notice Crown Inc will not
be accepting further deposits. Although I have
personally seen the portfolio of legitimate businesses
Crown Inc is involved with to earn the money, a major
one even displayed on the stock exchange, SMPP, the
boss has now come under investigation by big brother,
SEC, for running a ponzi scheme. Folks, Crown Inc has
paid everyone for four years straight; NO MISSED
PAYMENTS except for Sept and Oct 2004 after SEC froze
ALL of their bank accounts, onshore as well as
offshore. This is not about his legitimacy, but about
keeping money away from us slaves; and stealing big
money for black opps government use. He has much
proof of receipts of these businesses, I have seen
them as well as the portfolio of businesses which made
the earnings. In some months withdrawals exceeded
money sent in and these were paid; ponzis don't work
that way.
Court date was Nov 1,2004, and an injunction was
handed down that essentially froze all assets and put
them in receivership. But as I understand it, Randy
has not yet been able to present his case. Go to
http://www.tflinc.com/cases_waterhouse.html There is
a list of
cases on the right hand side and one of them is Learn
Waterhouse. Crown Inc holdings were part of Learn
Waterhouse. Having been privileged to know the
workings of this company, I consider this an atrocity.
And we all know what happens when government gets
involved. How many dollars have you received back from
OsGold, OsOpps, Income Ventures, Crystal Capstone, E
Biz, Rent and Mortgage, EvoCash, and many other
similar situations in which government stepped in but
never allocated anything to anybody except themselves.
My only guess in this matter is that their venturing
into the bank trading arena which is loathe with
dishonest people, especially at the upper echelon
levels with which they were dealing, put the
businesses side of the portfolio in jeopardy. This is
only speculation on my part at this part in time. I
am also told there was a vendetta involved here.
When and if this is resolved Crown Inc will again
resume taking in funds. Don't send me emails to
comment further on this as I cannot at this time. I
will put out additional information in my newsletter
which you can subscribe to at
www.detailshere.com/listserve.htm and which I will
also post at www.detailshere.com/newsletterupdates.htm
DO read the explanation put out in my 10-22 newsletter
regarding this at
www.detailshere.com/newsletterupdates.htm
Crown Inc is a daughter company of Learn Waterhouse
Inc. You can find the complaint at
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr18932.htm
At this point in time I know nothing more than is
posted on this page; but I will keep you updated.
Ber
Today's Insight and Inspiration
Think about this one for a while. It is short, to the
point, and says it all:
"If you think you have to get THIS in order
to have THAT, then what you REALLY want is
THAT, not THIS."
Error in Newsletter
Sorry, folks, I caught one error in the newsletter
after I hit send, but it is non critical.
The Table of Contents does not list our exciting NEWS
DIGEST section, which is the last section of the
newsletter.
This section is very informative, because it has FULL
COVERAGE of the Evocash downtime and Xchanger's
decision to drop Evocash from the currencies they
deal in.
That, plus lots more exciting NEWS you won't want to
miss.
Also, I know that in some email clients there is a
formatting problem. Most email readers display our
newsletters properly, but some don't, including this
one I am using right now. For those that improperly
display the newsletter, lines will be a bit jumbled,
etc, but you can still read the content.
I believe I have a solution to this, and will
experiment on it next week.
We also have some exciting new programs, plus I will
be adding a WHOLE NEW program section of lower yield,
and therefore, theoretically, "safer" programs. I
have found a very interesting safelist just bulging
with these, and most have been a around a while to.
Hopefully by next week I will have some of these joined.
One program I wanted to list today prefers Evocash,
and since I have some in my account, I would like to
oblige, except that they are DOWN right now. so that
one will wait until the Evocash problem is resolved.
I figure I might as well get those Evos working if
they still even exist!
Anyway, enjoy this newsletter. It is jam packed with
exciting goodies for you!
John
